How much are your shampoo and conditioner sets?
Our 500ml Shampoo & Conditioner Duo sets are R200 a set, and single 500ml bottles are R100. One litre and five litre bulk sizes are also available, and current pricing for every product is shown in our online shop. You can browse the full hair care sets range, or shop shampoos and conditioners separately.
Do you deliver, and how much does delivery cost?
Yes. We deliver door-to-door anywhere in South Africa through our courier partners. Your delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address and postal code, and delivery is free on orders over R500. We are unable to deliver to P.O. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed and normally arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, and do not deliver on weekends or South African public holidays. Cape Town orders are usually quickest — we courier daily from Belhar to the Northern Suburbs and surrounds.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
No. Every order is delivered door-to-door by courier, so click & collect and in-store pickup are not available, and the delivery method cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Our delivery page explains exactly how it works.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
We are an online store based in Belhar, Cape Town, so there is no walk-in shop to visit. All orders are placed through the website and couriered to your door anywhere in South Africa — see our best hair care products in Cape Town or buy hair products online.
How do I place an order?
Order online at haircareshop.co.za/shop — add your products to the cart, enter your delivery address and pay. If you would rather order over WhatsApp, message us on +27 67 692 3053 or call +27 69 417 7762 and we will send you a secure payment link.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Yoco. You can pay by debit or credit card, or by Instant EFT. When we send a payment link on WhatsApp it will always be a pay.yoco.com link — we will never ask you to send card details in a chat.
Which shampoo and conditioner set is right for my hair?

Do you stock other brands or salon treatments?
We stock our own Haircare Shop sulphate-free range only. We do not retail other brands, and we do not carry salon keratin or hair botox treatments. If growth is your goal, look at our shampoo for hair growth and hair growth oil.
Do you sell in bulk or supply salons and small businesses?
Yes. We supply 1 litre and 5 litre bulk sizes, and we offer a Business Starter Package at R1 500 that includes shampoo, conditioner, bottles and labels.
