At HairCareShop.co.za, we are committed to delivering your haircare products reliably, transparently, and in line with Google Merchant Center shipping requirements.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa
  • Delivery is fulfilled via trusted third-party courier partners
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
  • Click & Collect and in-store pickup are not available

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout after you enter your delivery address and postal code.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation
  • Orders are dispatched subject to stock availability

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 2–4 working days from order confirmation
  • Delivery days: Monday to Friday
  • Delivery excludes weekends and South African public holidays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or regional disruptions may occur. Customers will be notified if delays arise.


3. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are completed during standard business hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.


4. Delivery Method & Completion

  • Delivery is completed via door-to-door courier service
  • Delivery method cannot be changed after order placement
  • A delivery is considered complete once the parcel is accepted at the provided address by:
    • The customer, or
    • An authorized recipient on the customer’s behalf

The recipient may be required to present valid identification for verification purposes.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the order:

  1. The courier will leave a delivery attempt notice
  2. We will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt
  3. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery

If the second delivery attempt fails:

  • The parcel will be returned to our warehouse
  • A refund will be issued for the products only
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

6. Delivery Fees

  • A standard delivery fee applies to all door-to-door shipments
  • Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where delivery failure is caused by us

Volumetric / Weight-Based Charges

Some bulky or heavy items may attract additional courier fees based on size or weight.

In such cases:

  • You will be contacted via email or phone before dispatch
  • If you do not accept the revised delivery fee, your order will be cancelled
  • A full refund will be issued

If a delivery fee is displayed incorrectly due to system error, HairCareShop.co.za reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.


7. Inspect on Delivery (Important)

Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered with

You may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

8. Proof of Delivery

Upon delivery, you will receive a delivery note confirming:

  • Items delivered
  • Any missing or out-of-stock items
  • Delivery charges
  • Total amount paid (including VAT)

9. Shipping Summary (For Transparency)

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri)
  • Delivery Area: Nationwide, South Africa (excluding P.O. Boxes)
  • Delivery Hours: Business hours only
  • Delivery Fee: Displayed at checkout (non-refundable)
  • Failed Deliveries: Product refund only
