At HairCareShop.co.za, we’re committed to fast, safe, and reliable delivery across South Africa. Please read through the following information to understand our shipping process and policies.

📆 Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
• Applies from the date your order is confirmed and stock availability is verified.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier conditions.
• Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, remote delivery areas, or unforeseen courier delays.

🕐 Delivery Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

📍 Delivery Areas & Limitations

• We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
• Delivery is not available to P.O. Box addresses.
• Enter your postal code at checkout to verify delivery eligibility.
• Once your order is confirmed, the delivery method and address cannot be changed.

📄 Delivery Receipt

You will receive a delivery note containing:

• Product details
• Out-of-stock items (if applicable)
• Delivery fee
• Total amount charged (incl. VAT)

A delivery is marked complete once signed for by you or someone at your address. The receiver may be asked to show a valid ID for verification.

❌ Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice.
• A second delivery will be scheduled.
• If the second attempt fails, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a product-only refund will be issued.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

💰 Delivery Fees

• Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
• Additional charges may apply for heavy or large items.
• You’ll be notified of any extra charges before shipping. If not accepted, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
