Is sulphate-free shampoo actually better?
For some people, yes. If you have colour-treated hair, a keratin treatment, a sensitive scalp, or Afro and textured hair that dries out easily, sulphates strip more than you want. If your hair is oily, robust and untreated, you may not notice much difference — we would rather tell you that than sell you something you do not need.
