At HairCareShop.co.za, we’re committed to getting your hair care products to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please take a moment to review our delivery policy below.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received, subject to stock availability and your delivery location.
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or regional disruptions may affect timeframes. Therefore, delivery within 2–4 days cannot be guaranteed, but we will always keep you informed in the event of any delay.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made during standard business hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No deliveries are made on:
- Weekends
- Public Holidays
Delivery Areas
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa via trusted courier partners.
Before checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your postal code and address to confirm whether we deliver to your area. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Please note:
- Delivery method (e.g. door-to-door courier) cannot be changed after your order is placed.
- We currently do not offer click & collect or in-store pickup options.
Delivery Receipt & Proof
Upon delivery, you’ll receive a delivery note detailing:
- Items included in your order
- Any out-of-stock or missing items
- Applicable delivery charges
- Total amount paid (incl. VAT)
A delivery is considered complete once your parcel has been accepted at your provided address by yourself or an individual on your behalf. This person may be asked to present valid ID (e.g. ID book, driver’s licence, or passport) for verification purposes.
If no one is present to receive the order:
- The courier will leave a delivery attempt notice.
- We will contact you to reschedule.
- Additional delivery fees may apply for second delivery attempts.
- If the second delivery attempt fails, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed for the products only (delivery fees are non-refundable).
Important: Inspect on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, you have the right to refuse it.

Delivery Fees
We charge a standard, non-refundable delivery fee for door-to-door service. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
📝 Note on Volumetric Weight:
Some bulky or heavy items may incur additional delivery fees based on their size or weight. In such cases:
- You will be informed via email or phone.
- If the fee is not acceptable to you, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
We take every reasonable step to ensure that delivery costs are accurate on our website. If an error occurs and a delivery fee is displayed incorrectly, HairCareShop.co.za reserves the right to cancel the order. In such a case, you will receive a full refund for any amount already paid.
