Returns & Refunds Policy

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The product is not a non-returnable item (see below)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Hair care products with broken seals
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or promotional items
  • Gift cards

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@haircareshop.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a delivery address.
  3. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same or higher value items, subject to stock availability. Shipping for exchanges is also customer-responsible unless the issue was on our part.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation, depending on your location.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we offer door-to-door courier delivery across South Africa.

What happens if no one is available at the time of delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery a second time. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and a refund will be processed excluding delivery fees.

Can I return a product I don’t like?

Yes—if it’s unused and unopened within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy above.

Do you refund delivery charges?

No. Delivery fees are non-refundable even if the parcel is returned or the order is cancelled.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Do you offer click & collect?

Not at the moment. We are strictly an online-only store with courier-based delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

No. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during office hours.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, delivery details are final.

How much is the delivery fee?

Fees vary by region and parcel weight and will be shown during checkout. Bulky/heavy items may carry extra charges.
