📆 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Applies from the date your order is confirmed and stock availability is verified.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier conditions.
Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, remote delivery areas, or unforeseen courier delays.

🕐 Delivery Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

📍 Delivery Areas & Limitations

We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Box addresses.
Enter your postal code at checkout to verify delivery eligibility.
Once your order is confirmed, the delivery method and address cannot be changed.

📄 Delivery Receipt

You will receive a delivery note containing:

Product details
Out-of-stock items (if applicable)
Delivery fee
Total amount charged (incl. VAT)

A delivery is marked complete once signed for by you or someone at your address. The receiver may be asked to show a valid ID for verification.

❌ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice.
A second delivery will be scheduled.
If the second attempt fails, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a product-only refund will be issued.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for heavy or large items.
You’ll be notified of any extra charges before shipping. If not accepted, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
